CULTURED VEGETABLES RECIPE

The great part about raw cultured vegetables recipe that you can use whatever you have in the fridge if you want. Others take your place or take parts used in the list of ingredients with the need to use up.

Ingredients:

2C chopped cabbage
1 / 4c chopped broccoli
1 / 4c sliced carrots, chopped
1 / 4C kitten Black
Radish 1 / 4C daikon
Dulse flakes 1Q
1T chopped red onion
1 / 4T starter cultures or probiotic powder (optional)
Salt 1 / 2T sea
1T lemon juice
1C water to make brine
